Lori Bohm

Lori Bohm is an accomplished entrepreneur and seasoned tax attorney with a diverse professional background. She is currently the President and CEO of Hi Key Trading, an Amazon-based business specializing in premium Rattan Cane Webbing, which has become a top choice for DIY enthusiasts, furniture restorers, interior designers, and eco-conscious consumers. With over 35 years of experience in taxation, Lori has held senior roles, including Vice President of Tax at Current, a GE spin-off, where she managed the tax function for a multinational manufacturing organization, focusing on tax risk management, cash management, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, tax advisory, and compliance. Lori holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, a J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the Ohio Bar. Outside of work, Lori is passionate about sustainability, using her art and design skills to upcycle furniture into contemporary, functional pieces.
