You want new images for your listing.
You don’t want to book a photoshoot, brief a designer, or wait three weeks for round one.
There are two ways to do this with AI right now.
One is slow and painful.
One takes about 10 minutes.
Here’s exactly how both work.
This works. It’s just slower than anyone tells you.
Here’s the actual process, start to finish.
Step 1. Gather your assets.
Clean product shots on white, highest resolution you have. Exact dimensions. Materials. Feature list. Brand colors and hex codes. Your logo as a transparent PNG.
Step 2. Pull your objections.
Open your reviews and your competitors’ 2 and 3 star reviews. Write down the six reasons someone hesitates before buying. Size confusion. Durability. What’s in the box. Why yours costs more.
That list becomes your image plan. One image per objection.
Step 3. Write a prompt for every single image.
Scene, lighting, angle, surface, mood, aspect ratio, where the text goes, what the text says.
A usable prompt for one image runs 80 to 150 words. You need seven of them per ASIN.
Step 4. Generate. Then regenerate.
The first output won’t be right. Neither will the third.
You’ll tweak wording, fight the aspect ratio, and ask it again.
Step 5. Fix what it broke.
Read every word it rendered, letter by letter. AI garbles text constantly. Check your logo is actually YOUR logo. Count the units in the shot. Count fingers on any hand.
Step 6. Composite the real product in.
This is the step people skip, and it’s the one that matters most. AI will not draw your product accurately. The cap will be wrong, the label will be gibberish, the proportions will drift.
So you take the generated background and you mask your REAL product photo on top of it in Photoshop or Canva.
Step 7. Format to Amazon specs.
2000px on the longest side so zoom works. Main image on pure white, RGB 255, 255, 255, product filling roughly 85% of the frame, no text, no logos, no borders, no props.
Step 8. Repeat for A+ content.
Different game, different dimensions. Standard image header, comparison charts, image and text modules. Each module has its own pixel requirements and its own text limits.
So you go back to step 3 and start again.
Step 9. Repeat for your next ASIN.
Be honest about the clock. For one ASIN done properly, that’s most of a day.
It has zero context.
It has never seen your ASIN. It doesn’t know your category, your competitors, your price position, or what’s already winning in your niche.
You’re asking it to design in a vacuum, and it will confidently give you something that looks good and sells nothing.
Pretty is not persuasive.
It optimizes for an attractive picture. Amazon pays for an image that kills an objection at thumbnail size on a phone.
Those are two different jobs, and it only knows one of them.
Consistency breaks.
Image 5 won’t match image 1. Run it across 40 ASINs and your catalog looks like it came from nine different brands.
It forgets.
Long thread, and by image six it’s lost your brand colors and your product details. So you re-paste everything. Again.
It does not scale.
At 20 ASINs it’s annoying.
At 500 it’s a spreadsheet of chat links, a folder of half-finished files, and no idea which version went live.
The model keeps changing.
A new image model drops every few months. Your prompts stop behaving. You rebuild your process, bounce between three tools, and lose a week relearning something you already solved.
You’re not running a creative system. You’re babysitting one.
Here’s the whole process.
Step 1. Paste your ASIN.
Step 2. Click Generate.
Step 3. Come back in 10 minutes.
Step 4. Review your new images and push them live.
That’s it.
No prompt writing. No Photoshop. No briefing a designer. No learning what RGB 255, 255, 255 means.
You don’t have to think, prompt, or be a designer. You paste an ASIN.
It starts from your ASIN, not a blank box.
The moment you paste it, it already has your product, your category, your competitors and what’s working in your niche. That’s the context ChatGPT will never have.
It was built by an agency, not a lab.
We’ve been producing Amazon creatives for over 10 years. Every design pattern in the platform is one that already won on real listings with real ad spend behind them.
You’re not getting a generic image model’s best guess.
You’re getting a decade of what converts, automated.
It knows Amazon’s rules.
Main image compliance, dimensions, zoom resolution, A+ module specs. Handled. You don’t check it because it doesn’t get it wrong.
Same ASIN. Same button.
Comparison charts, feature modules, brand story, lifestyle banners, all sized correctly for Amazon’s modules on the first pass.
In ChatGPT, A+ means a new round of prompts at new dimensions with new text limits.
Here it comes out of the same Generate click as the images.
One ASIN in ChatGPT is a fun afternoon.
Forty ASINs is a month you don’t have.
Four hundred is not happening. Not by you, not manually, not ever.
The platform doesn’t care how big your catalog is. You feed it ASINs and it works through them with the same quality on number 400 as on number one.
Standard covers 10 ASINs a month.
Pro covers 50 ASINs a month.
Monthly or annual, your call.
And when the next image model launches, you don’t do anything. You don’t rebuild prompts, you don’t switch tools, you don’t relearn a workflow. The platform updates underneath you and your next Generate is just better.
That’s the part people underrate. Not the generation. The not having to care about generation.
Pick one ASIN. Your worst performer.
Paste it in. Hit Generate. Go get coffee.
Compare what comes back to what’s live right now.
If it’s better, you just fixed a listing in 10 minutes instead of three weeks.
Then do the next one.
