After order confirmation, you will be directed to our client portal where you will see the onboarding steps. Depending on the project scope, we may require a product sample. Our shipping options will be shared inside the portal.

Our team will conduct research and create plans based on the information provided in the form. It will be presented to you before execution to get your input and feedback.
Step 4
Deliver & Feedback
We deliver the first draft within 2-4 weeks of receiving your sample. If you need any changes, we provide multiple sets of revisions. Please consult with your project manager for more accurate timelines based on the scope.

Our non-model packages utilize high-quality stock images and basic white background photography, ideal for those on a budget. Model packages, on the other hand, involve a professional model and are shot in custom-staged settings, offering a premium, highly personalized visual experience.

While two rounds of revisions are included in your package, there is also an upgrade available (after checkout) to get unlimited revisions for 30 days
Upon full payment, you will own the copyright to all final images and videos produced, allowing you unlimited use across your marketing channels.
You will be assigned a Customer Success Manager for the project who will communicate with you via our client portal or emails. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
